AJP & Associates is a Practicing Company Secretary (PCS) firm was established by Mr. Abhay J. Pal as a proprietary firm to provide consultancy and advisory services in the area of Company Law, Securities Law (SEBI), Foreign Exchange Law (FEMA), Due Diligence, Merger & Amalgamation, Winding-up, Trademark Law, Limited Liability Partnership Act (LLP), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

LEADERSHIP
Abhay J. Pal is the founder of the firm. He is member of Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) and Commerce Graduate (B.Com) from Mumbai University. He has over 07 Years of experience in the area of Corporate Laws & Procedures, Secretarial Audit, SEBI Regulations, FEMA and also handled the various audit and financial transaction compliance of Listed and Unlisted Companies.
